Host birthday parties, celebrations of life, reunions, holidays, or a fun weekend getaway with us. Friends and families are welcome to rent blocks of rooms or the building with 15 guest rooms. Tailor your stay for an exclusive stay with all of our amenities, or, choose a group of guest rooms for a more budget conscious option.

Relax with Exceptional Views

The shaded front porch offers a beautiful covered location as a relaxation space overlooking our front grounds with stunning views of Virginia City and Mount Davidson.

PLEASE NOTE: Our front grounds are currently undergoing improvements, including transition from grass to decomposed granite with flagstone path, and the significant addition of historically appropriate, and hearty, plants such as lilacs, lavender, Russian sage, salvia, thyme, and more.

The design conserves water, encloses the front area, provides a defined walkway and ceremony area, and adds layers of height, color, and beauty.

Enjoy the Sunny Balcony

This lovely elevated balcony offers and intimate focal point from above or below with the 1876 building and town as gorgeous backdrops.

This is a great space to enjoy the city lights and stars with your favorite refreshment and friends or co-workers.

Art Studio

The art studio is warm and welcoming with original floors, customizable party lighting, and eclectic, artsy decor and patina.

This is the largest indoor space and has beautiful easter, southern, and western lighting. The open space may be configured with rows of seats for lectures and speeches, or as a banquet or roundtable space.

Occupancy ranges based on use, with a maximum capacity of 50.

Mimi Patrick Library & Lounge

The library is a warm, inviting space with a vintage 1876 quilt, collection of fine and folk art by Mimi Patrick, and an eclectic collection of arts-related books located on our top floor. This space is perfect for small meetings or breakout spaces, lounging, games, reading, or casual conversations.

Louise Curran Theatre

Seating 23 people, this charming theatre includes vintage loveseats and stunning 1938 theatre seats from the former Virginia City Theatre (now Grandma's Fudge).

This multi-purpose space is perfect for PowerPoint presentations, videos, training, or livening things up with karaoke, personal streaming services, movies, or photo slideshows to commemorate the occasion.

Furnishings, Linens, Serving, & Tableware

We offer folding tables, cafe tables, and folding chairs for convenience, included within the rental rate.

As a nod to our heritage in Nevada as the "Silver State", we also offer light gray cafe tablecloths, seat covers, and napkins. Dark gray tablecloths provide interest and contrast for larger rectangular tables. r.

Tableware and large-capacity beverage and serving options are available.
