This class is for adults 21+ years of age and older.  All skill levels are welcome. 

 

Back by popular demand, and a boon to the art center, is Edible Art with Chef Pete.  This adults-only class teaches the delicious art of pastries and desserts with Executive Pastry Chef Pete Paulos.  

A decades-long practicing Executive Pastry Chef at the Nugget Casino & Resort in Sparks, Nevada, and former bakery owner, and instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Pete brings incredible experience, personality, and talent to the class.  His husband and sous chef, Steve Williams, adds a second hand and delightful personality to the class.
