Artists & Makers, join us for our 11th year hosting the ever-festive Holiday Faire!
Artists and Makers come together to share and sell their work in a curated Faire within an amazing historical building. Apply early as tables sell out quickly.
Members receive discounted table fees, priority consideration for exhibitions, and other perks such as complimentary access to our art studio, print room, and arts library during open hours. Consider joining us and supporting our mission!

The Rothwell's Woodturning Booth
Artists & Makers, join us for our annual festive holiday faire and share your creations! In addition to our two day faire, this year there will be fireworks after dark by the Virginia City Tourism Commission. Our location is truly epic for viewing the fireworks and this night will be magical with the holiday decorations and festive spirits. Rent one of our discounted guest rooms and enjoy this special combination of festivities with your fellow artists.
We provide the 60"x30" tables (no outside tables, please), 2 chairs, and a light lunch (those with dietary restrictions must let us know in advance, we will do our best to accommodate within our means). We have a limited number of tablecloths, so please plan to bring your own.
Submit your examples of your work and application to us as soon as possible, but no later than November 21st, 2025. Table Fees cover both days (single day table fees are not available). Artists are limited to 2 tables per artist to achieve maximum diversity of offerings during the faire, unless we have cancelations and redistribute.

For early bird discounted table space rental fees, submission is required by 5pm on October 3rd, 2025. Space is limited and tables sell out quickly.

Our Artists and Makers are also welcome to rent one of our available guest rooms at a discounted rate (some rooms are unavailable to allow for faire tables). Make it easier and even more festive and spend the night in beautiful Virginia City with fellow artists. Artists renting guest rooms during the Faire receive a $5/table discount.

Special Holiday Faire Artist Rates: Single Guest Room (1 full or queen size bed – $50/night + 10% Room Tax or Double Guest Room (2 twin or full size beds) $65/night + 10% Room Tax

Email the Submission Form below to us, per the instructions. Payment is not required at time of submission, but is required upon acceptance into the Faire. Submitting this file does NOT guarantee a table(s) in the Faire until signed by St. Mary’s Art Center Executive Director and payment has been processed.
