You Can Write: Creative Writing Workshop
A 6-week creative writing series for all skill levels
Service Description
Join Martin A. David, published author and renaissance man, for this exciting writing series designed to inspire. Join a mutually supportive group and learn to enjoy the writing process again. The 5-week workshop includes guided writing exercises, fun and imaginative writing prompts, and constructive critiques to help you awaken the writer within. This limited size workshop is open to all levels from beginner to professional. Previous participants and newcomers are welcome. $45 per member, $50 per non-member one-time total fee for all 5 sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Tours are nonrefundable unless an extraordinary circumstance, but may be rescheduled. Due to the advance preparation, material investments and planning for our classes, refunds are only approved on a case by case basis. Please contact the Executive Director with the request via our Contact Form on the website or by calling 775.847.7774. Property rental cancellations and refunds are outlined in the rental agreement. Please contact the Executive Director with any questions or requests. We reserve the rights to reschedule or cancel sessions, classes, and events, relocate or limit services, classes, and events within the property. Canceled sessions, classes, and ticketed events by St. Mary's Art Center will be eligible for refunds, excluding natural disasters and emergencies. This historic property has an ADA ramp with access to the 1st floor, including an ADA compliant half bathroom. The first floor includes art galleries, print room, darkroom, kitchens, and guest room. There is not an elevator or lift available to access the 2nd - 4th floors at this time. A grant is in place to fund design for a future elevator, but no timeframe for funding/actual construction. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to any and all individuals or groups.
