Tours are nonrefundable unless an extraordinary circumstance, but may be rescheduled. Due to the advance preparation, material investments and planning for our classes, refunds are only approved on a case by case basis. Please contact the Executive Director with the request via our Contact Form on the website or by calling 775.847.7774. Property rental cancellations and refunds are outlined in the rental agreement.
