2026 SUMMER ARTISAN FAIRE SUBMISSIONS
Welcoming Local & Regional Artist to Apply
We welcome all artists and makers to apply to join our 2nd annual Summer Artisan Faire.
This is a time when artists and makers can come together to share and sell their work in a curated gallery setting within a historical building. Stay in one of our 15 guest rooms and enjoy a weekend on the Comstock.
Early Bird Application Deadline is April 24, 2026 at 5:00 pm
Application Process for Artisans
Submit examples of your work and completed application no later than 5:00 pm on May 29, 2026. To be eligible for the Early Bird Discount, submissions must be received no later than 5:00 pm on April 24, 2026. Applications will only be considered on a limited basis after this deadline.
Table fees cover your spot for both Summer Faire days -- we do not offer single-day table fees. Artists are limited to a maximum of 2 tables each to achieve maximum diversity of offerings. We will only redistribute additional table in the case of any last-minute cancellations.
St. Mary's Art Center provides 60" x 30" tables, 2 chairs, and a light lunch. Those with dietary restrictions must let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate within our means. We do not allow outside tables to be brought into the faire. It is recommended you bring your tablecloths and covers as quantities are limited.
Send your application form to the email address in the Application PDF. Payment is not required at the time of submission, but is required upon acceptance into the Faire. Submitting your application does not guarantee a spot at the Faire until confirmed by St. Mary’s Art Center's Executive Director, and payment has been processed.

Guest Room 10 - The Chapel - Third Floor
Artisans are welcome to rent one of our available guest rooms at discounted rates and spend the night in beautiful Virginia City with fellow artists. Those renting guest rooms during the Faire receive a $5 per table discount.
The Art Center offers Single and Double Guest room options at Artist Rates during Faire weekend.
Single Guest Room: $50 per night + 10% Storey County lodging tax. 1 full or queen size bed.
Double Guest Room: $65 per night 10% Storey County lodging tax. 2 twin or full size beds.
