SMACenter Retreats
Looking for a place for a retreat, family gathering or small conference? SMACenter is just the place. Located in the historic, high desert community of Virginia City, Nevada, the center provides the perfect atmosphere for your retreat. The historic building, constructed in 1875, has undergone extensive rehabilitation and redecoration. SMACenter welcomes small groups from 6 to 30. Each fall as the leaves change our art workshops come to a close and the center operates as a mountain retreat. Groups wishing to come, relax, create or get down to some serious business find all of our nooks and crannies the best to sit in a sunspot or break out into small groups to solve problems. There is a two night minimum for sleeping rooms. Scheduling for November 2007 through April 2008 is now in progress.

This 14,000 sq feet smoke free facility has three meeting rooms, tables and folding chairs, fifteen lodging rooms (24-30 beds), six 1/2 bathrooms (5 with showers and 2 that are handicapped accessible), filled bookcases, three galleries filled with art work, unlimited hot water and heat for those chilly nights, high speed wireless Internet throughout the building, two fully equipped kitchens (one with dishwasher) making it easy for groups to do their own cooking or to arrange for catering.
A $500 security deposit is required to secure rental.
Deposits are fully refundable minus damages and excessive cleaning. For
